Policies
Deposits
A £20 deposit is required when booking. Remaining balance to be paid on the day.
Payment on the Day
I accept cash and card.
Late Arrivals
A 15 minute grace period is given. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled and a £15 late fee applies. Your deposit will be forfeited.
Reschedule
All appointments must be rescheduled no more than 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancelling
Same day cancellations result in an automatic charge to your card on file. No shows will be automatically banned from future appointments and charged the full amount.
Parking & Travelling
Free parking is available outside the salon on Saturdays and Sundays. There is also free parking on Valmar Road, located beside the salon, as well as on nearby streets. Please allow enough time to find a parking space before your appointment to avoid arriving late, as late arrival fees may apply. Another option is to use the Morrisons car park in Camberwell, which is just a short walk from the salon.
Appointment Prep
Hair Prep — Required
Your hair must be freshly washed, fully dry, and free from heavy oils, grease, or thick products.
You may lightly moisturise your hair, but avoid thick oils or creams. No leave-in conditioner.
If your hair is not properly prepared, the appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Purchasing Hair
Hair may be available to purchase on the day of your appointment; however, some lengths and textures require pre-ordering.
If you would like to purchase hair, please message in advance to check availability before booking or attending your appointment.
Bundles Guidance

All bundles should be the same length, unless you are reusing hair that has previously been cut.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring someone with me?
No. Please attend your appointment alone. Due to space and client privacy, no extra guests or plus ones are permitted.
Do I need to read my confirmation email?
Yes. Your confirmation email contains all important appointment information, including preparation guidelines and policies. Please read it carefully before contacting us.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can reschedule easily by using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email.
How can I pay without PayPal?
When booking, select the option to pay by Debit or Credit Card. If needed, choose "Checkout as Guest" to complete your payment without using PayPal.
Do you sell hair?
Yes. KmluxeCollection offers premium luxury hair extensions, including HD frontals, HD closures, lace systems and bundles. Please message ahead to check availability or place an order.
Salon Rules
Plus ones or kids are not allowed to attend any appointments.
No vaping / smoking allowed on the premises.
